      Hey, Justus
      Thanks for noticing I’ve gone AWOL. Finishing the album and I’ve been spending my free exercise time running. That’s the worst part of my “game” so I’m working on that and rehab-ing my wrist for the time being. I’m in LA until the week of the 13th. Then I’ll be back at the vomitator called “Crossfit”.

    Just wondering…will there be any classes on Monday, Labor Day? A morning class would be awesome.

    Man it felt good getting back into the gym today. I loved this workout. It was hard and intense. I really like the WOD’s where everyone stays localized and you can really feel all the movement around you. Good job everyone at the 4pm class, and everyone else that went today.

    Today was interesting. I THOUGHT I was doing 55lbs, but was actually did 65lbs. Its amazing to me how much these workouts can cause every source of emotional stress to come out. Who needs a therapist? Thanks so much to Will for pushing me through this WOD. great job, pm classes!
