Trainers…
What would be an equivalent “row” instead of the sprint. My knee is pretty sore from recent wods. Would it be just 200m or something more?
I was going to take tomorrow off, but I really want to try this workout…..Thanks

My kids came to the crossfit kids class today and loved it. Cody did a great job. I haven’t been feeling well, so i didn’t get to do todays wod, but it looked fun.
Thanks all the afternooners for being nice to me on my first day of training. It was a blast!
