    Trainers…
    What would be an equivalent “row” instead of the sprint. My knee is pretty sore from recent wods. Would it be just 200m or something more?

    My kids came to the crossfit kids class today and loved it. Cody did a great job. I haven’t been feeling well, so i didn’t get to do todays wod, but it looked fun.
