What I mean is that it takes time for your body to adjust so expect some withdrawals from eating the way you used to.
So you are basically saying we are processed food junkies who are going through withdrawal and will be grumpy, cranky and have wild fantasies about eating baked goods and looking at our kids we only see large chocolate cadbury bunnies??
