100 meter Sprint
Rest 90 seconds
We are moving the gym today starting at 0900. Some of you have mentioned you would like to help. Feel free to stop by anytime, we would love to have any help available to get the move done quickly.

My WOD for today was:
Help move lots of floor mats (each weighing 100+ pounds), lots of plates, 4 rowers, 3 ab machines, etc, etc, etc.
It was definitely worth it. The new place is bad a$$. And I can’t want to fully break in the “Pull Up Monster”.
