I think I am gonna feel this in my arms tomorrow. Lol I did it as RX 65#. Will got on me a few times not going low enough and so I gave the stink eye and mumbled a little bit. Lol So I think I got better. I can tell with all the runs my running is getting a little better. Excited to see what tomorrows WOD is
Shoulders and traps sore from shoulder presses… check. Back and hamstrings in one big knot from deadlift… check. Biceps, triceps, and lats tight from pull ups… check. Quads and calves still burning from OHS’s and running in finger shoes… check. Looks like all we’re missing is abs. This is why I love CrossFit.
I head out tomorrow for my level 1 cert. See ya all on Tuesday.
Wade, that is hilarious bc this morning as I was laying in bed, I listed off all of my hurting muscle groups I realized abs were the only thing not hurting!
I don’t know about you guys but my abs and obliques are still from from the pull-up/burpee workout we did on Tuesday. I guess that was an ab workout for me.
