I've been doing it at the YMCA - they have everything I need but they could use some better pullup bars. It's definitely not the same as working out with the VCF crew but it will do for now. Amanda, we're doing well and really enjoying CT so far. Keep up the good work!

I'm torn on the team make-up. Being the slow guy, I don't want to hold anyone back, but I also think that the stronger people can push us slow pokes. I'm just really excited for it!

The Viking Crossfit Warrior Princesses are going to be making an appearance at the Dirty Dash. We won't be the elite team representing VCF but will hopefully kick some butt in the all women's division and look good doing it. Why race with the best when you can race with the best looking!

It would be kind of cool to have VCF compete with an
"A-Team". I think that team would have a great chance of winning. Who are our fastest runners that are doing it? I can do obstacles with ease but I think my 4 year old daughter runs faster than I do.

Today's WOD was awesome. I've been on cloud 9 ever since this morning, because I rocked this WOD. I did the 35 lb KB Swings (not as bad as I thought it was going to be), my jumping pull-ups were pretty fast, my burpees were super slow, but I did the 24" box for the box jumps. Then in my second round, my 24" box was being used, so I went up the 25-26" box. It was super slow, but it was awesome! I was so proud for doing that. My time was 25:24. I think the two weeks without sugar, dairy, and gluten have totally helped my game. My mental breakthrough with Will yesterday helped a lot too. Have I mentioned that I LOVE Crossfit?!

It was awesome to see everyone this morning. Everyone did such a great job.

I wish I could do the Dirty Dash with you all (kind of), but I'll be in Flagstaff, AZ doing the Crossfit Kids Cert! I can hardly wait.
