We are reviewing the results and journals of the Eat Clean Challenge.  Many of you entered the contest, but only a few of you actually turned in your food/progress journal.  Keeping and turning in a journal was part of the rules in the contest.  But more importantly, we are so happy with the results we have been reviewing!
Even though the 30 Day Challenge is over we hope you are all seeing and feeling the effects of eating clean and continue to eat clean.  We are so impressed with everyone’s results!  Many of you lost weight, several people lost 1o pounds or more!  And many lost inches and body fat.  More importantly, we continue to hear how much better you feel overall and how you feel much better during your workouts.  Please keep it up!  The hardest part is over (the detox), now you just need to continue to eat well.  It’s a daily choice.  Choose to feel good!  The winner will be announced on Monday!
