    Benchpresses off the floor….whohoo! Constantly varied……. :)

    The floor presses completely smoked and exhausted my triceps and shoulders so when I went to do my max push ups, I had zero strength to do them. It was awesome because I had Justus and Jason yelling at me to go faster and I kept thinking to myself “I can’t feel my arms to make them go faster”.

    On another note, WHERE THE HECK IS EVERYBODY??? It was dead yesterday afternoon and this morning. Hope to see everybody there this afternoon drinking that CrossFit kool-aid.

    After Monday’s WOD, I really needed a break today, although it doesn’t hurt to walk today. Maybe I’ll try to go in this afternoon, but it’s been nice just being home.

    Sorry I won’t make it today. I want to, floor presses sound like fun. But I have work, school, and work tonight. Have to bring home the bacon I guess.

  6. The functionality of the floorpress helps me when I’m laying in bed and my 5kids climb on me…so I can press them off :) .

    I really did like that floor press today. Makes u feel strong lol But then had to do those 100 pushups and my arms are fried. But I was happy with my game style pushups. I think I got it in 3:53 trying to keep up to Jeanie. I am sure I looked funny doing them but hands came up every time. Everyone did great on them. Just loving these workouts lately.
