    In good news, I doubled the weight that I did last time on the Back Squats. In bad news, my kid was a giant TURD, so I left before doing the Deadlifts. In worse news, I think I'm getting the flu. BOOOOO. I liked today, though.

    So the classes were a little leaner that usual today. My guess everyone is taking a rest day. If you need it then great, but make sure you don't always make your strength days your rest days. It is super important to keep building your strength.

    Everyone did great today. We had people that did deadlifts and back squats for the first time today and they did awesome.

    Today was a happy day. I finally was able to do pullups with the blue band. It has only taken me over a year to get this far. I have been progressing much faster lately. Crossfit ROCKS!!!! Thanks trainers for pushing me and all your support. It is nice to be back after a long two weeks.

    Great job, Mel! Can I just say that you FLEW through the workout on Wednesday? I kept on looking over at you and thinking, "She's done already!?!?!?!" Congrats on the achievement!
