   Happy Halloween everyone! I hope some of you got pictures from the Halloween wod yesterday….send them to our email if you did so I can post them. All of you on the Zone diet……Stay strong today! You can do it! Sugar is the enemy.

   Um……….if the police looked like that I wiuld try and get pulled over more often. So funny. I wouldn’t be able to keep a straight face.
