    Looks like Daniel can kick Fran’s butt. Always nice to have an ‘easy’ workout after a week and a half of eating out, not working out, and being sick.

    Ok, I finally did the WOD. Thanks to Erick, Clark, Camie, and Amanda, pushing me into it. I was trying to avoid doing it to the last minute. I really liked it. It was tough. I had a PR on my max pull-ups the first round 43.

    I finished in 18: and change I can’t remember. Anyway great big class this morning and it was a lot of fun having everyone doing the WOD at the same time.
