Man, something about watching videos like the one posted today gets me all pumped up and want to go do Fran or something crazy. Grrrrr! Man, we Crossfitter’s are sure sadistic.

I have one suggestion for the new website. Somewhere at the top, maybe under the VC logo, an address and phone number could be listed. A couple of people I have directed to the site mentioned that would be helpful in contacting you to get started.
Will and I could not make it in today. Sad because we want to see new gym. Mel says it is amazing. But after watching Jens video on facebook, Will and I felt fat. So we did a butt kicker WOD in our driveway with our boys from main site. 5 rounds, 40 double unders, 30 box jumps, 20 kettle bell swings. Cannot go to gym tomorrow night…I think my excuse is good….I scored Eclipse tickets. Is that a good excuse Natalie???? Hee hee
I really want to thank everyone for their patience and especially for your help in the move. We had a lot of people help us make the move and we are very grateful for you help. We are really excited for our new location and hope you all like it too.
