Jason – your squat looks like mine!! You can get lower!!! Were you intimidated by Mr. Incredible? JK! We’re at Disneyland and looking for an opportunity to do CrossFit. I mean – Clark & Amanda are looking for the opportunity. I’m content doing warm ups in the morning & walking over 5 miles a day. I’m looking forward to the zone challenge since I’m sure I’ve put on a few lbs since I’ve been gone.

Ok we know the gym has been chilly the past few days and we are working on the situation!!! Sorry! (I was whining too Anne).
Note to the pm classes……Do NOT go to Kneaders and eat a huge breakfast/lunch of carbs right before the workout. Ugh. Not good. Bring on the Zone Saturday! I’ve fallen off the wagon and ready to get back on. I can feel it in my wods and in my overall well being. I can’t wait to feel “good” again.
And guess what…..even Will is going to do the Zone this time. (Now you have to do it Will)

Natalie, I guess I’m in since you decided to pull my punk card where everybody could see it. Don’t worry I’ll get even. Chances are if I start zoning I won’t get beat by you and Jason all the time. I suppose that’s a positive.

It looks like your son is in the middle of a burpee. He does burpees better then me.
Man… there sure is a lot of “talk” on the blog today. I’m thinkin’ its just talk. I’m thinking we need to add a betting pool for those who aren’t doing the Zone Challenge (and everybody should be doing the challenge
) and we can place bets on who we think will win it.
The Zone Challenge rules and guidance are finalized and should post soon so keep watching the blog. The more that participate the better the prizes.

Hey everyone, just wanted to remind everyone how awesome crossfit is and how much it helped me while being prego and with my recovery so far. Also, my little girl has to be one of the strongest baby’s I’ve ever seen. She army crawled while in the hospital and does crunches regularly. She also rolls from side to side and has turned over 2 x. I say its because while I was crossfitting, she was too. Brynlee was born Dec 30 weighing 7 lbs 1 oz and she is 20 in long. Hope everyone is doing well. Keep up the hard work.
