Didn’t we just do muscle ups and hang power cleans this last week? I know we did hang power cleans recently, because I still have the bruise on my collar bone to prove it. Yikes!
Clark was so excited he got his muscle up, and now he has his opportunity to shine!

Crap! I really wanted to do this wod! I’m trying to get into a good school/work (both full time) routine and somehow fit going to the gym in there. Good luck everyone. You’ll need it. They don’t call it “Nasty Girls” for nothing!!

RX baby! I don’t think I’ve ever been more proud of having those two little letters next to my name. Truth be told it wasn’t the muscle-ups that kept me up all night it was wondering whether I could do the 135 lb hang power cleans (I didn’t do last weeks WoD that included HPCs or M-Us). BUT all’s well that ends well, and after far too many minutes to mention this too ended.
Holy cow. I want to be able to do that someday!
