Wod:

Seven rounds for time of:
205 pound Clean, 3 reps
4 Ring handstand push-ups

Adjust weights and push-ups according to your ability.  If you do ring push-ups or wall HSPU double the reps, if you do floor push ups then triple the reps.

Don’t forget Cooper’s Run this Saturday, July 31, 2010.  Come run for Cooper.  Orem PD and Fire Department will be there along with Air med too.  Wear your VCF shirt.

    I know I want to hear what everyone has thought of todays WOD so far…… So what pic are you talking about. All I see is the cool one of us. ;) jk Can’t wait for the workout. Today is my day of getting butt in gear for the dirty dash. I have lots to do for myself to get ready for it. So excited!!! And reading Jules Marsh story has modivated me more.

    Today I did a handstand for the first time in my life! Granted, I did NOT do it for the workout, but still! I was excited. Those pushups from the GTD machine are scary!

    I liked this WOD. I definitely could have pushed myself harder and done a heavier weight. Oh well!

    I liked today’s WOD. Anything with cleans I like. It’s good to get back to the gym after a week of doing nothing.

    Is anyone walking Coopers Run on Saturday? I have a bone spur on my heel and got a cortisone shot today. No running for a week or two but I guess I’ll walk it.
