Dang! I slept in and missed this. Guess today will be my rest day! Man my abs are sore, and I can’t quite figure out why. Any guesses?
Today’s wod was great….Rx: 13:40. I would like to know how Jason got 8:57! Geeeez!

Anne- that’s because a lot of the movements you have done this week you have used your abs…even the cleans last night.
P.S….don’t forget to stretch out and foam roll those legs after all those lunges.

I was there when Jason did the wod while the 9:30′ers were basking in the glow of their wod. He really did it in under 9. I feel it’s best we all just deal with it and move on…
I have to admit, it’s hard not to develop a bit of a “man crush” on him, at this point.

Hahahaha Jim…too funny. :0 BTW….Thanks Ryan for bringing the sports tape….it totally saved my hands today. There is plenty at the gym if anyone wants to use some.
Sad I missed this one too Anne. My WOD today consisted of a CFE running workout, 3 hours of couch sitting watching the Tour de France and 3 hours lounging at my neighbors pool. Good job to everyone! I will be paying the price on Monday for my day of leisure.
I saw your time on the board Dez. You did awesome! Someday I can be like you. I just have to loose a few hundred more pounds first. LOL This was a good workout today. I tore my hand yesterday and then again on the other hand today. So it made the workout extra hard for me. I could only do a few pullups at a time so my time was a little slower today.
Fyi……..my daughter + I are going to do this wod, push ups instead of pull ups (no bar). We actually are pretty excited! We’ll probably go for ice cream afterwards! JK!
