    Thanks Will for running with me today – after you had already done the workout AND it was 103 degrees! Thanks for encouraging and believing in me. You are the biggest softie, but I won’t tell anyone.

    It was nice to get in on Thursday… I think I set a record for NOT showing up… Only 4 times in August. I’m sure I’m going to be sore but I certainly feel better. The jerk/nice guy quotient got improved today post workout.

    I’m bummed I couldn’t make it today, but with school coming quickly to an end, SOMETHING has to give. Today it seemed to be everything. I guess it’s good I didn’t come, because Will would have been dragging my sobbing body down the street. Hopefully I can get there tomorrow. I need a definitely pick me up!

    Lina, yeah let’s keep that our secret, I got a reputation to uphold. I almost told you and Heather I would do the WOD with you so it wasn’t just you two doing it. I’m glad I didn’t, I don’t think I could have kept up. You sister have got some friggin wheels!

    Anne, that would have been ok. We could have dragged each other up and down the block.

    Nice job tonight everybody. The heat definitely makes it harder, it’s just one more thing to deal with mentally. Aaron, it was good to meet you tonight. Glad you decided to join up. Last but not least by any means, Tom you did an awesome job tonight! It’s been cool to watch you get better every time I see you.

    Hey all! I have had several people mention they might want to come to mine and Mels performance tonight at 6:30 and asked me to post the information. Its at the Cedar Hills Heritage park. Address is 4450 West Cedar Hills Drive. The seating is on a huge field and she said to bring blankets. But I have a felling you might want to bring chairs. I think the ground will be wet because of rain. We are 8th in line on the performance schedule. Anyway but hey if I trip, no laughing out loud. lol

    Cody, is the kids wod on sat for little kids? I’ve got at least three other teens that ask everyday if the teen class has started yet, ha! That’s encouraging, right?

    I have a co-worker that has 2 boys, 15 and 17 that are interested in the kids class. She also was wondering how much you charge?

    Kathy and Heather, I’ve added an 0800 class for the teens tomorrow. Even though this may be too early for them on a saturday, but thats all I can do tomorrow. I haven’t set any prices yet, but will have everything set by Monday. I am trying to figure out the best schedule for everyone, and will start posting the Kids classes on monday. If I have interest I will add the teens class, which it sounds like I do, but it will be on random days until we get more trainers Kids certified.

    @Cody, what are the ages for each age group and what ages do you want for tomorrow at the teens ans kids classes?

    “Kids” are 5 to 12ish, and the advanced kids class, or teen class is 13 to 18. 3-5 is the pre-school age group. Right now we are focusing on the kids and advanced kids classes.
