    I did “Annie” at home today got a PR 10:42. Now that I got my double unders I was able to take off 4 mins from my time. I am excited about the new place and should stop by around 4 to help out.

    I can’t wait for Crossfit kids. I have at least one kiddo that is really excited to start.
