Most women have a lot of questions about Crossfit. Can I do it? Will it be too hard? Will I get bulky? One thing I teach women is: You can do anything you want to do. Some women start CrossFit as someone who wants to lose weight, some to train for a 5K or a marathon and some women are just looking for something different.
