I was at church today at my home ward and this girl walks up to me after sacrament and said, "so I hear you do crossfit" and i was like yeah, she goes so is it just weightlifting or what.. And, I started to explain to her what it is.. hahaha.. I thought it was so funny cause Fallon is SO small.. Its one of those towns where everyone is related... hahahaha.... The End... :) So, funny story..
