Warm up + 5 muscle-ups
“FIVE ROUNDS OF FILTH”
5 rounds for time:
10 Box jump, 24 inch box
10 Jumping pull-ups
10 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 10 steps
10 Knees to elbows
10 Push press, 45 pounds
10 Back extensions
10 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
10 Burpees
10 Double unders
Lynne Kilpatrick of Crossfit NRG along with other Utah women CF trainers are planning events to help women get to know each other and improve their skills as women doing Crossfit. We are planning on doing seminars and special classes just for women. Our first event is a Girls Day Out in Park City on August 27 from 10:30-3:30 pm.
Come work out with Utah Women Crossfitters! WOD is at 10:30 at Crossfit Park City. Lunch after (bring your own food or buy some in Park City). Hike after lunch for those who are interested.






This will be an interesting spin on the Wod. Will you do it faster or slower then your Filthy Fifty wod time? Will you feel the same as you do after the FF? (meaning on the ground in a coma).
. This will be fun!
Nat, I was JUST coming to comment that I’m really interested to know how I do on this compared to when I do the FF. Can’t wait! Or then again, on second thought, I can wait. :p

I cam pretty darn close to using Pukie today….! The gym reminded me of ants working on an ant hill, we were scurrying from place to place exerting ourselves, fun times!
